Join us online for Speak Up, a creative writing program supporting the artistic and professional growth of teens. In this FREE virtual creative writing workshop mini-series, teens will partner with experienced teaching artists to empower the creative writing process, from drafting to performance to publishing, to boost literacy and empower youth in Miami through community-based writing activities. The program is open to all teens (ages 13-19) and is as free of charge as it is free of homework. No previous experience necessary!

PechaKucha Night Miami celebrates Women's History Month with a virtual edition focused on The Beauty of Imperfection and the appreciation that most things of value have rough edges upon close inspection. The one-hour program features four remarkable women exploring how imperfection has graced their life journeys with purpose. Three 20 x 20 talks by Rashmi Airan, Caroline de Posada and Eva Ritvo will be accompanied by a musical performance by Adrianna Foster.

Audiences are saying "What is this?" "Why's this on my news feed?" and "Where am I?" Just as the title suggests the show is a fun, off-the-wall take on a talk show based around a series of rapid-fire random questions. Guests are all FTF alumni—both past and present, featuring performers, directors, designers, etc.—all the kinds of people who make FTF possible. This episode features a Miami industry favorite and award-winning director RICKY J. MARTINEZ! This show is our way of celebrating our great and talented artists both on stage and off—and it’s a gig in the pandemic!
