Jewels Presented by Miami City Ballet

JEWELS

BALANCHINE / FAURÉ / STRAVINSKY / TCHAIKOVSKY

Jewels has long been described as a perfect night at the theater. Inspired by a visit to famed jewelers Van Cleef and Arpels, Balanchine created three unique mini-ballets that sweep you away to far-away times and cultures. Each distinctive ‘jewel’ enhances and complements the others, and the dancers shine like brilliant bursts of light. To see these three exquisite ballets in one evening is an unforgettable experience.
