Reel Minds 2019 Miami Mental Health Film Festival Presented by NAMI Miami Dade

The Reel Minds: Miami Mental Health Film Festival is a short film festival through which 6-8 films provide a heightened heighted awareness about mental health issues. This is the only film festival of its kind in the country where in one afternoon a number of short films on varied mental health issues are screened. Using film, the festival addresses the stigma and opens the conversation about mental illness through an artistic lens.

The event is free and open to the community, eliminating typical barriers present with mental health education.
