Tropic Bound, Miami’s first international biennial artists’ book fair, launches Feb 16-19, 2023 at Paradise Plaza in Miami Design District. Book artists, publishers, curators, librarians, book lovers and the aesthetically-curious will gather together to spotlight the art of books, and books that are art.
A Welcome Day of events proceeds the fair with shuttle tours, a symposium with keynote speaker Tia Blassingame and panel talk “Beyond Florida Man: the surprising depth of Miami’s literary arts landscape,” and a sunset welcome party. Three fair days follow, Friday – Sunday, Feb 17-19, with over 60 exhibitors from the USA, Mexico, Cuba, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Egypt and England.

10am–7pm : Fair Day 2 on Saturday, Terrace Talk series of artist talks at 1pm, 3pm and 5pm with Arthur Fournier, Colette Fu and Michele Oka Doner
10am–4pm : Fair Day 3 on Sunday, Terrace Talk series of artist talks at 12pm, and 2pm with Steven Daiber, Hanoi Perez, and Meri Page
