In January 2021, With presentations inside the historic Olympia Theater precluded by COVID-19 pandemic precautions, Olympia Center, Inc. took the show outside to the street so local audiences could enjoy Miami’s talented Performing Artists in a safe, socially distanced, and responsible way.
Olympia Center (branded as Olympia Arts MIAMI) launched Street Stages, bringing FREE community programming to Downtown Miami’s historic Flagler Street on Thursday and Saturday evenings. Every Thursday and Saturday, from 4:30p to 8:30p, Singer/ Songwriters, Jazz/Pop Ensembles, Jugglers, Electronica, Comedians, Opera and Performance Artists are presented on the steps of the Old Post Office at 100 NE 1st Avenue.
Short sets create a perfect fit between drinks and bites at nearby Downtown restaurants and bars.
