The Internship will take place at the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs in the Stephen P. Clark Government Center in downtown Miami, conveniently located on MetroRail and MetroMover.
Schedule is flexible and is approximately 16-20 hours a week, with most hours taking place during regular business hours (Monday – Friday 9AM-5PM) although some weekend and evening hours will be needed.
Looking for students who are currently enrolled in college or high school seniors.
Internship is unpaid, but internship credit is available per your school's requirements. Opportunity to receive comp tickets pending availablility.
The Culture Shock Miami intern will have the opportunity to assist with:
· Promoting events through email and social media
· Representing Culture Shock Miami at Community events and shows
· Media planning
· Artist research
· Ticketing and inventory management
· Other related duties
